I remember that Russian test launch of the Satan II aka sarmat missle blowing up in its launch pad and that was supposed to be top of the line Russian ICBMs, Im not surprised if 80 percent of Russian nukes dont work. That is why the Russians are really afraid of the USA and NATO , Russians know most of their nukes dont work and a ww3 with USA and NATO will be a catastrophe, whether its conventional or a nuke war.
