In reality , the Moscow black market rate is 400 Rubles to 1 USD if you buy USD with rubles. however its 1 USD = 50 rubles if you sell your USD to buy rubles. haha very amsuing rates, here in Vancouver Canada its to sell your rubles to CAD , its 131 rubles to 1 CAD, official exchange rate is 1 CAD = 64 rubles haha very amusing.
