  1. that is why the Russian gov survived after the debacle of the 1st chechen war. the Russian economy was growing , and was stable and did not collapse and USA and her allies still kept on trading with it and giving economic help. After the ukraine war is over, I can see Russian economy imploding but the west will probably prop it up since they cannot afford Russia going into civil war.
