  1. well I think the war will be ruinous to the Russian economy the longer it goes and more rapidly if Russia escalates to using chemical weapons and nukes. it takes a lot of money running Russia and the war is costing about 1 billion USD per day to run. More if Putin shoves more men and equipment in the field. The oil price cap is the start, if Russia uses WMDs all bets are off, no more trading of any kind with Russia at all plus sanctions from the west on any nations who do.
