  10. I’m a massive UFC fan, have been since the start. I have trained kickboxing and I’m training in BJJ/wrestling now. I’ve been a fan of the old Pride Fighting and Glory Kickboxing. Long story short, I’m a big fan of fighting and I do participate in combat sports. I fucking hate this slap fight bullshit.

  15. I just graduated last year and my wife graduated last week. The cards we had had our names printed as they’re spelling. People with odd names had a phonetic spelling underneath. So the announcer only had to do it a few times.

  20. Never saw the point in these AM camp things. I went through boot camp and SERE and other various types of training in the military, and there was an obvious purpose for that. But these AM training camp things are just claiming to do what? I don’t know.

  21. Nah. Guys who don’t know what a a sigma is are getting weirder. The first time I heard about sigmas was in college, and I had multiple classes that taught me that a sigma was nothing more than an alpha male who lacked the internal need to be in a leadership role. A sigma COULD lead, but didn’t feel the need to lead unless others wanted him to. A sigma was basically an alpha that would score lower on extroversion tests than an alpha. A sigma would be an “ambivert” or possibly even an introvert, while an alpha would be an extrovert. Aside from that, a sigma and alpha would be virtually the same thing. Sigma was not originally meant to entail all this weird shit the internet is producing about it.

  25. Same here. I think many fight fans agree. I have been watching MMA for decades and have been training myself for years. This is total bullshit. No way this shit should be allowed. They’re taking more damage on average than any combat sports athletes do on average. Justin Gaethje had his nose broken and got KO’d cold and this dude took more permanent damage in this video than Gaethje did in any one of his fights. Including the Chandler fight.

  27. I think the extreme examples online are sort of making a joke from what could be an interesting conversation. In reality, the difference between alpha and sigma is just that sigmas don’t care whether people follow or pay attention to them.

  28. What’s highly interesting is that Boeing either has PAID ASSASSIN’S on their payroll, or they have access to government-provided assassin’s when they need it. Which means Lockheed does too. And so does Raytheon. And Blackrock. And Academi. And Space-X. All of the giant banks, all of the giant companies that manufacture weapons and technology. When they need someone dead, they know who to get in touch with. That’s why the heads of these massive banks and tech companies all have TS/SCI clearances. Look at the Bilderberg meetings and the Trilateral Commission and the other big rich people clubs. The members who aren’t in government wouldn’t be expected to have these security clearances, but they do. Top media executives and famous anchors, CEOs and presidents of major banks, tech CEOs, aerospace executives, etc. Why would they all have TS/SCI clearances? This is one reason.
