  2. Beware of “ too sweet” things..probably Aspartame….poison! Changes DNA, messes up cellular function. Thanks for lesson…makes sense that Montreal is Mont Royal. You may laugh..I have the same water kettle, but don’t use it much so it was put away in the oven. Last week I moved pots and pans out of there and found the kettle way in the back…apparently I baked it with biscuits last month…the handle is now melted…..🤣
