The Constitution don't mean s*** all it is is a worthless piece of paper basically if you're a congressional leaders were on it then you're screwed it's up to you to enforce it not your Congressional leaders not your voted Congress. YOU HAVE TO ENFORCE IT. DON'T EXPECT THE GOVERNMENT TO HONOR IT😮 just saying it the way it is
