Not true! First, you cannot blame all countries and all historical periods. Some were or are racism-free, and I know it for sure. Did you say this is a universal problem because you wanted the US to look better or for some other reason? Well, there is a much better recipe: don't use slave labor, and you can get much fewer racial problems. Well, too late at the moment, unfortunately. 🙂
If you admit the obvious fact that racism in the US is a problem, you need to take another step: stop pretending that other countries have the same problem.
Now, your metrics for comparison of different US states are totally incorrect. Crime statistics? Come on, what about hidden racism? No fair comparison, anyway. And you should be more careful about judgment in general. A little more, and your inaccurate judgment can lead to reasonable accusations of racist views as well.
