Putin is not someone who can be trusted regardless of what promises he makes, so please, don't insult our intelligence with talk of negotiating with him. Please understand that Putin is evil personified. He is a lying, murderous thug, and he IS a war criminal. He has caused and continues to cause, enormous human suffering in our world. If he is appeased in any way whatsoever he will just continue to invade country after country, after country. There is no negotiating with the devil, so quit with the stupid talk, please.
