  1. A football match is more important to the parents than their teenage daughter being arrested by the police? No wonder society is the way it is. Laws need to change so that parents take more responsibility for their kids.

  2. I live in Ireland and can guarantee that the lady would have been arrested without being shot, and nobody would have been stabbed either. This is NOT the way to handle a situation like this. We deal with incidents like this in a far more civilized manner and the outcome is always positive. The US is a trigger-happy country and this is the result. Plain stupidity and needless loss of life. Life is so damn cheap in the US. A sad and sick society.
