  9. It must also be remembered that Ukraine only gave up her nuclear weapons because of pressure and a promise of protection. America was one of those countries who made this agreement with Ukraine. In fact, Bill Clinton was asked recently what regrets(if any) he had from his term as US President. Russia is the ONLY bad actor in this conflict and it is solely responsible for anything that happens in the future. Footage from the Crocus building shows several male subjects all dressed in blue who appear to be very calm while all those around them began panicking. One of these men also bears a striking resemblance to one of the FSB officers who made the arrests of the alleged shooters several hours later.
