The Irish police did NOT make the mistake of "losing the gate with blood on it", the gate was used as far as it could be for its evidential value, it was then discarded by the Irish police force because they simply had no further use for it.

@laurielovett8849 I would love to know where you received that information about there being “a fingerprint” in blood at the scene. That is absolute news to me. Alfie Lyon’s house is actually quite a way up the hillside from Sophie’s, and she ran downhill and in the opposite direction. This would also affect sound waves being carried to Lyon’s house. Marie Farrell is a proven liar. In my opinion, she is the ultimate fantasist. I do not believe she was out that night at all. Nor do I believe she ever had a secret romantic relationship with anyone. Just a wild imagination and an overwhelming desire to be wanted. I.e a nutcase! If you decide to reply, please kindly enlighten me as to where you learned that the first Gardai at the scene washed two wine glasses. This too is news to me. Also, if you don’t mind, I’d love to hear where you discovered that it was a wine bottle that Sophie bought at Duty Free which was later discovered in the field. Thanks 😊

@Mary-wo5ln There were no fingerprints found in the Sophie Toscan du Plantier case. Don't know where you're getting that erroneous information, please share your source.
