  1. DON'T be that guy! (Wasting tax payer's money - or whoever's funding rescue choppers etc there). Of course, there is always the possibility of freak weather conditions but these days, it's highly unlikely and thousands of kite surfers DON'T get stranded off-shore EVERY single day......so.... yeh... Get trained and prep'd BEFORE u go out in big conditions or beyond ur usual levels! ELBs, these days are smaller and cheaper than ever too....(why did he have to use rocks?...Unprepared)....
