  1. This is true and worth watching although, i'm surprised it doesn't emphasize EXERCISE as the BIGGEST and BEST strategy to deal with depression.... Trust me on this... Since i started forcing myself to exercise hard, i have been much better for much longer...<--- i started small & added more each week or two (20 push-ups and sit-ups and squats, once a day... then twice a day, then 3x a day... then increased the reps, then added outdoor yoga and more and more other exercises)
