Joe is WRONG! I remember that podcast clearly where he said that! Wim Hof does want you to breathe through your nose - you(Joe) missed the CONTEXT of why he said it like that! He meant for ppl who aren't inclined to do breathing exercises SOMETHING is better than nothing! Or ppl who don't like the exercises.... if the only way to get them to do it is through the mouth, then fine - 'any hole will do'... 😉 as he says...but of course the nose is better and of course Wim Knows it... WHich is not to say he doesn't do mouth breathing for other reasons too... I like to do it to hyperventilate faster sometimes...
