  1. As bizarre as this sounds, we know that the technologies exist. Sooo....why wouldn't acronym agencies or shady companies be trying out/experimenting on people with such systems? It's not as if there isn't a precedent of agencies experimenting on unknowing civilians.... I expect they would purposely use people who seem unstable... In short, i wouldn't be surprised if it's true....

  3. 27:47 this guy seems mentally ill too me - his behavior, mannerisms, etc... He's worse here than the 1st day he met reporter...but what stands out here, is how he seems to not understand BASIC facts and logic. Here he doesn't seem to get that when people are susceptible and looking for a way to cope with their issues, it's not 'coincidence'! It's like cherry picking. Once you focus on something, u see it everywhere. Same as those ppl who think a certain number has sig meaning. Also, him showing 3 random issue (dogs eye - which could be ANYTHING, as someone must have attacked his dog😳, stereo having loose cover and a tile being damaged... - in his mind is OBVIOUSLY him being targeted, seem highly delusional!...He turns THREE things into 'happening constantly' and gets angry when challenged....)

Every time i watch one of these Vice things, i end up annoyed or disappointed! Come on, it's common sense!
