It's not as if there isn't a precedent of agencies experimenting on unknowing civilians.... I expect they would purposely use people who seem unstable... I am surprised that most of the fighters chose to go full blast (with punches), not just because experts said that it's safer because you don't punch a 'hard head' full blast because you'd break your hand/fingers etc....but because Bas Ruten showed that you DON'T HAVE TO! You can use your PALM to great effect to knock ppl out! For those who don't know it - head gear and gloves both contributed to MORE head trauma...
