  1. 8:45 here i'm less shocked that it's just a plank over a man-hole (and how stupid is the bafoon that lifts it AN walks into the hole?! wow - DARWIN award!) but more shocked at the ability of BYSTANDERS who are ALONE there just PASSING BY (do not quote bystander effect pls, that's due to too many ppl being there and feeling embarrassed/pressure, incase u do the wrong thing).. That scooter driver SAW someone in distress or pain and just kept going....
