  1. i believe it's our soul and this soul can choose any number of simulations to 'incarnate' into...because I have, a couple of times, popped out of my body... Another possibility is that base reality is boring?...Hahahaha - Hence this rather amazing/beautiful and also awful (full of terrible and even evil things) challenging world...

Simulation theory could also be why (IF aliens have visited Earth and IF they have revealed that we are, in fact, in a simulation) governments have been lying to us about alien visitation. 😉 (It's been speculated that the reason governments have lied is that they are worried we would react badly to certain truths aliens revealed.... Simulation theory might be one such thing).
