Even i (with ZERO experience of live-entertainment) understand that you can't use the 'ARE YOU READY' to hype an audience u just made WAIT IN THE DARK FOR HALF AN HOUR DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES! Does he not understand he's the one who wasn't ready!? Yikes - To be clear 'are u ready, when u FAILED to be ready for 27 mins is an INSULT to the whole audience who was ready 27 mins ago!!! - it's INSANE to me! Overall, i feel bad for the guy* - i mean ppl are so harsh and just dying to jump on anyone these days and especially in the online/social media space! He was just too young and emotionally immature (not aware of ego etc)......it's a rough way to learn... I don't like channels or ppl like Penguin who make their whole thing about smashing other ppl. Even THAT is a very fine line: On 1 hand - bad ppl NEED to be called out - and for THAT ppl like Penguin are GREAT!...... but On the other hand bullying ppl (even if they deserve criticism), just makes the whole online world pile on them and that is WRONG! * Yikes, i wrote that in the 1st 5 mins - He is a garbage person. That push-in-the-back to another entertainer on the stage shows it all...

  2. Tip for future comedians: (1) Roasting is a VERY HIGH LEVEL type of comedy!!... I.e not to be attempted by beginners or even amateurs. (2) You cannot be funny roasting ppl who are not already VERY VERY SUCCESSFUL or good quality, humble, talented ppl!! I.e. Roastees, themselves, must be, either, almost beyond reproach or very very talented at something! ^ Which is all to say, no matter how good the MC could have been, it was destined to fail because neither the ppl to be roasted or the roasters where 'at that level', where roasting even can be funny!
