  1. IDIOT cops with terrible training have NO IDEA how to DE-ESCALATE. She escalated that whole thing.... If someone isn't moving fwd or attacking you, why would you keep rushing at them when it could become a life or death situation... So stupid... The guy was an idiot too - He's not mentally or drug effected enough not to talk about recording the incident, so he could have been more compliant too...
