  1. because it wouldn't have happened if the officer hadn't escalated it. People like that are very predictable (to anyone with half a brain and training or experience), there are simple ways to DE-escalate and that idiot (cop) did EXACT OPPOSITE things (multiple - e.g moving toward, in a threatening manner, shouting etc) to what you're supposed to do to de-escalate!

Look, i have YEARS of crowd control experience with ppl like him and you clearly have no idea what you are talking about... There was no threat(that means they had NO reason to separate them at that point!) and the guy was agitated!!!... You don't even need to move fwd to a person like that!... 2 women were already de-escalating him and the cops should have just stood back and waited(to observe if their efforts would work and to wait for more back up - there was NIL urgency!) - As i said b4, there are specific techniques for de-escalation cops are supposed to be trained in!!! - they FAILED at ALL of them!... They 100% aggravated him! ... Anyone who's done training in de-escalation (as i have MANY times - i also worked in hospital where u have to deal with mental health patients) would IMMEDIATELY be appalled at how this cop acted! {Actually it happens in a lot of these videos - cops rush fwd barking orders, often w weapons drawn even where there is no imminent threat! <-- this is a HUGE flaw in tactics} As i also said, it was the sister's fault for making this worse but that doesn't change the fact that he clearly got angrier and more hostile twd police when they tried to separate the sister from him!... it just wasn't necessary at that point... I wasn't saying it might not have ended up that way in the end anyway, but there and then, THEY caused that by escalating situation that was already de-escalating!...
