  1. the worst crime here was that awful 'music(?)'! 😡 As with soooo many of these, there seems to be a problem with his mental state. Whether it's drugs or mental health issue - same problem! Too many ppl are being shot because they aren't being dealt with by people trained in de-escalation, drug effected or mentally unhealthy ppl!
