  1. 2:04 BY GETTING PSYCHIATRIC UNIT!! Or is there seriously no such thing, still in 2022?! Soooo many awful outcomes could have been avoided by just WAITING and/or bringing in psychiatric staff! De-escalation is something so many of these scenarios show that the average cop has no idea about... Some of them are unbelievable how they rush to detain/arrest when if they had just waited 10 mins the guy would have calmed down. I saw one where the guy was starting to calm down as 2 women where talking him down and the cops ordered everyone away and he got agitated again(big surprise) and then he was shot dead. WAKE UP! You can't rationalise with someone in an irrational state of mind! GET PROFESSIONAL HELP, don't rush at them!
