  1. I'm 50 now and feel your frustration. I never went that hard but over the years, similar things have happened to me.... In my 40s, i was gaming more than training and....guess what?... I got RSI in my right hand! 🤬 Faaaaaaaark! So even my next fav thing has been ruined! Now i do more walking in nature type things... If what you say is true, i don't think that's a good attitude... I think you should roll, only with other ppl like yourself, who are high level and can be careful with you.
