  1. If you encounter an unreasonable/irrational person - never engage - always try to de-escalate. If violence starts, you better be prepared to handle it... There were at least 2 ppl capable on that train... If they had isolated his arms this whole thing could have gone differently.... Given social media causing more and more fear/hate/division, i forsee nutjobs like this becoming a common thing...
