Me too - especially since when the Internet started, i hoped that it would be (a new era of Enlightenment )....and was subsequently disappointed to see the opposite in so many ways (e.g. strangers fighting, online bullying & the birth of the toxic woke agenda)... If this is '...the Second Renaissance/Enlightenment...', then YAY!

  2.  @Onelightoftheworld  thanks auttie, yes, as an early adopter of the Internet (i was right into it as soon as it started - my intro to 'THE Internet' was 'chat-rooms' (specifically, it was called Alta Vista), and i thought, 'WOW!!!, for the first time ever, this will bring ALL people of the world, from all walks of life together and we will all realise we want the same things in life and it _will be a new era of enlightenment!.'_ I would NEVER have predicted that things like Twitter would DRIVE PPL APART! 😥
