  1. This would be much much easier to take seriously if didn't look so unhealthy and unfit! [ I know a lot of the things Dr. Jack Kruse promotes are TRUE... it's just a shame he's not exercising, doing cold exposure, spending time in the sun etc... I really don't get it... Why does a guy like this choose to be obese??!?!? ]

  3. I wish he would have touched on the SUN STARING ppl!!! I would love to hear DEFINATIVE, last word on whether it's BAD or GOOD....or something in between (E.g. Good in small doses or during the morning, when there is more particles in the atmosphere to filter the light - compared to say, at midday...) ANYONE KNOW? (What is Dr Kruse's view on these 'crazy' ppl who promote staring into the sun)
