Quebec is French while the other parts of Canada are English or native. Saying canadvote for their Minister and Parliament means ignoring that fact Europe, on other hand, has a shared History and similar macro cultures. Does Quebecois really see themselves more as Canadians? Do the elected politicians have their state as priority? Are they happy Canadian Parliament is barely made up of their own people?
