  7.  @davitka_p  It's not the sanction. It's the fact the majority of Russians are still poor. Sanctions alone cannot explain why a state big and full of resources as Russia has a GDP like that of Italy, France, Germany, many times smaller. America debt wasn't that high in the 1900 and yet America ruled the world. And it's not debt that makes USA going, it's its economy. What's the point of have 10% debt/GDP if your citizens starve? Well, not that Russia isn't used to make people starve, uh?
