It is a policy made by pro Europeans to save Europe by saving its members and in Italy the politicians didn't even want it, Giusepi included, because in part a lending and they wanted all for free. I remember the funds blocked because the plan presented by Giusepi was vague and pathetic That's the problem with the Italians public, a bit if propaganda and they're ready to believe anything
