  4. Very true boomers really ruined for future generations. They could rent a place and go for it age 16. Today, they will not allow you to enter contract under 21. They want you to have credit, I didn't establish credit until after someone destroyed my credit by impersonating me. They put us on our own 16.

  5. Code enforcement is holding people down all over USA. I'm living in my car owning a house. I see people buy land try building their own house and code enforcement jumping up their ass cutting flips about bs little things about the wood. I have a camper on my property I can't live in because of code enforcement. This should be criminal. My property hasn't been on the market since 1942.
