  3. I live in 70380 Morgan City Louisiana I rarely encounter traffic anything I want is 2 minutes away from my house with the exception of miracle ear and Sam's Club and the Affordable Dentures. Needless to say that's less than 30 mi away and most places that's considered in town. Here on the island that I live on you could literally get around on a bicycle even if it's raining like cats and dogs you could figure it out. The streets are wide the speed limits are slow you never hear of anybody getting hit by a car. I used to live up around Baton Rouge and it happens all the time somebody gets hit by a car killed and usually they get away with it they kill some guy on a bicycle and they act like oh well. But I could drive to the store be in the store inside of 2 minutes parked and everything parking tickets are unheard of here for what there's no parking challenges yeah in the shrimp festival when the people come down here yeah you got parking issues then but that's one weekend out the year that just happened and again it's no big deal. What I mean is on average this place is a wonderful place to live relatively no crime I keep all my stuff in my car like I should nobody lays a finger on it. Granted we all have rights to carry and that's what keeps them from doing those stupid things they do up North down here you pull that stunt and it may be against the law to kill somebody here but much like the guy that got hit on his bicycle they kind of say oh well he really wanted to live I guess he should have a car. Well that's kind of the way it is here if you want to live you shouldn't break into people's houses and steal. And it's small town bullshit you know the cops they got nothing to do so they're bored so they hassle people here and there but they get tired of doing that too. I'll let him see my ID okay you checked me again amazing just like last time I don't have a criminal record and I'm in my mid-50s what did you expect at age 54 I'm going to miraculously start violating the law ? If I have it become a criminal in 50 years what should make me want to become a criminal now especially since I own my house free and clear on the car free and clear I own everything free and clear there's no incentive for me to do it. So if you're checking me out for my own protection come on let's get it over with and leave me the fuck alone.

  4. IDK where you live now ? My state is first on yt Nick Johnson site that will decline. Great because this means things can only get better. The best thing that can happen for me is the city step aside ignore what I do in the way of improvements. I want to build a concrete dome home . They want wind zone certified housing I want to build demolition proof housing. They literally dropped a 5K pound bomb in a concrete dome mosque in Iraq. It blew the Windows and door's out but that building can be repaired and it's to stand 500 years. Housing like this use 1/3 the energy because it's so well insulated meaning I don't have to grid tie it can provide my own power using mostly solar. When the citizen wants to exceed your code or expectations you need to step aside let them be strong because that's going to be the house standing when your code houses are piled up against mine.
