  1. Louis I just got home drove to Baton Rouge. We have people who commute to and from my area to their 70380 is home. I literally paid$12 K for my place. It's a tropical zone so you get hurricane. But the plus side you rarely see freezing temps. $12K/60=$200 a month. My so called rent goes down every day I stay here.
