  1. I live in Morgan City Louisiana I routinely have caught the meter guy running my water. I even caught the guy who runs the department doing it what they said was they're checking to see if my meter is working the thing is I know I don't use that much water I wanted to check and see what my water usage was before when I lived up north in Baton Rouge and I got it down to one credit just to see what my minimum bill would be. So here I live in Morgan City and I know I don't use a full credit of month every month. I've been locking my gate to keep them out and my water bill ran consistently a one one month the next month is zero 01 next month is zero consistently never fail last month my water bill five credits I looked around to find any leaks this month if my water bills fire credits they're doing it again because I haven't been locking my gate when I leave. I don't know if they realize this but doing that is fraud and that falls under the Rico act where they are using a city municipality to steal.
