  1. Just this year 2024 my City has bumped up water sewer and sanitation fees Almost$5 a month more just this quarter. I show proof in my last video. 70ยข here $3-4 there adds up. Living on a sailboat is slowly getting more an option than paying for the taxes. Each month I'm charged nearly $50 on what I call taxes. $50 home or not you pay this. Al least the electric I get benefits, watch TV, Cook and keep food, I don't take grid for granted.
