  1. I'm a senior citizen and I finally get to enjoy grid tied life. It's 98° out I'm covered up with a heavy blanket 68°. Don't have to walk looking for a potty when it's time . Get hungry I have options with the 3 super market for grub 2 min drive. Utilities are higher than I like but manage to keep utilities <$100 a month. With all I need so close I get restock on the scooter when the weather permits. $12 K 5+ years ago bought this place CASH. my state is tax exempt for the first $75K I don't think I can appraise for more than $20K. As a former trucker I lived more time off grid than I wanted to. It's my turn to be enjoying the rest of my life. My power bill has been<$45 last month 305 kWh. It's a token charge compared what I get. Chest freezer,full size fridge, light when dusk or dawn triggers. I have some timers to throw off criminals.
