  2. Much more interesting is the similarity between Darksied and his enemy Orion with Darth Vader and Luke skywalker. Darksied looks like he is wearing a Nazi Helmet and both he an Orion are masters of the mega-force. And it is revealed that Orion is really his son. All of these stories predate starwars by about 5 years.
