you are full of crap. first of all beauty has little to do with it, men will happily marry a woman who is not all that attractive if she is sweet and good to them. And all you have to do to prove that right is to walk around any place there are a lot of people and see the really over weight and gnarly looking women who have a guy with them. Second part is wrong too. Sure you want a man who will give you stability and leadership, until he does then you fight him every second of every day, and modern women are never satisfied. BUT this particular video was not about the difficulties of relationships it was about men being absolutely destroyed by the divorce process. As long as it is so one sided more and more men will not marry.
