  1. Given Georgia's geographical location and historical ties it cannot pursue an anti-Russian course. To call on Georgia to do so is a call for disaster. That NATO Secretary General should remember that NATO is supposed to be a DEFENSIVE alliance. And not an alliance to push forward Western ideas and interests.
