  2.  @angusmacmillan5365  Well, the proposal of Barnier is beneficial for both sides. The proposal of Frost would be a net negative for every single member country of the EU. The damage to the common market is far bigger than the trade deal with the UK could ever compensate for? For the EU no deal actually is better than a bad deal.

  3.  @angusmacmillan5365  Well, the deal needs to benefit all 27 member countries of the EU, otherwise it will not be signed. The UK needs the trade deal. You need to make a proposal that benefits the members of the EU, otherwise, you will crash out.
