I totally agree, I'm 50 and just retired with about 1.2 million in outside retirement funds, no debt and very small dollars in retirement funds compared to my balance of portfolio over the past 2 years to date. tbh, the role of the invt-advisor can only be overlooked, not denied. Just do your research to find a reputable one.

I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2021 this time with guidance Long story short, its been 2years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.
