  1. 10:00 Latitude does affect how drunk one gets. It is more difficult to get drunk in higher altitudes... So, when drinking the usual amount, highlanders would appear/be more drunk in lower altitude (lowlands).While the lowlanders would be able to drink more than their usual in higher altitudes without getting as drunk. hence the double/reverse thinking/theorising
