No water damage was found on it. I was imagining a child running around holding the bird above his/her head, maybe on a pole with a type of wire attached to the bird by that missing piece of the tail. Sorry for the confusion! The auto-correct is relentless, the wine was yummy... :body-blue-raised-arms:

@E-Kat indeed. But not this particular wooden bird. It was not made for diving. It is obvious that it was made for holding and throwing forward. 🖖 and there are some fish that jump up out of water too catch birds 🤣👍
