  5. ❤ The potato is a poisonous nightshade. The only beneficial part of the potato is the peel. The only part of the potato 2:22 to have all the vitamins and minerals mentioned are in the skin - which is removed 😂 What is inside the “potato” is mostly harmful to our joints - potato starch. STARCH = 🥹😳🤔 an accumulative substance like x-ray which harms us If you have a predisposition/ to arthritis - do yourself a favor, stay far away from potatoes completely… your hands, fingers, painless joints will thank me!!❤

  6. @ when I do eat potatoes, which is very rarely , I eat all of it including the skin. But, I stay away from potatoes altogether. I usually get the baby colored varieties - I boil them with the skin on and eat them with butter and fresh dill, not steaming hot but still warm. Or I make mashed potatoes, yes with the skins. It is delicious. I also like baked potato wedges with skin on. I eat potatoes about five times a year , altogether.

  7. @ you like frying them in a pan. I don’t like frying, as it turns good for you natural oils into hydrogenated bad for you oils. But I agree with you it is delicious

  11. ❤anyone predispositioned to arthritis - should stay away from potatoes. Potato starch accumulates like x-ray in the body. strong correlation between potato lovers and disfiguring arthritis … Example - the Irish.

The metric system is the most logical system of measurement on the planet. 1, 10, 100, 1000 vs. 1, 6,12,24, 48… Metric is easy to remember, multiply/divide by adding/removing zeros… while the inch/foot system has to do with the size of the foot/digits of a British king. 😂❤ Science and scientific programs are ought to be using the metric system. 🖖
