I sold a couple of homes in the Tampa area for pretty good cash and I'm thinking to just leave it in stocks while waiting for a house crash to happen and as well avoid inflation, but is this really a good time to buy stocks? I hear it's a madhouse right now and I still hear folks are raking in huge 6figure profits by the weeks and I'd love to know how.

Might?.. have you been grocery shopping lately? Things are already ugly. The best bet for anyone with a brain is to get in on a passive income stream while you still can, doesn't matter which one it is just get on it and stay committed.

I agree with you and I believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right investment ideas to enable you earn more money, I don't know who agrees with me but either way I recommend either real estate or crypto and stocks.

@oneiljerry9460 my 401k lost everything it’s gained since early 2019. wouldn’t mind looking into the advisor that guides you, I believe the best way to beat this recession and inflation is to earn more.

@alexyoung3126 With the inflation, the stock isn't going to be raking in huge gains. It wouldn't be a bad time to BUY it, just don't expect big gains from it for a while. I'll buy once things start looking up in all those trouble areas..until then, too much turbulence for me.

@alexyoung3126 Personally, I would say have a finiancial markt coach. Not sure where you will get an experience one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good idea.

I agree, I've been in constant touch with an Investment advisor for approximately 17 months. These days, it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or hold.
