I sold a couple of homes in the Tampa area for pretty good cash and I'm thinking to just leave it in stocks while waiting for a house crash to happen and as well avoid inflation, but is this really a good time to buy stocks? I hear it's a madhouse right now and I still hear folks are raking in huge 6figure profits by the weeks and I'd love to know how.

I'm wondering if people who went through the financial crisis in 2008 had an easier time than me right now. The stock market is making me really worried because I've lost over $27,000 in just this month and I'm not making as much money as I used to. This is making me concerned that I might not have enough money saved up for my retirement since I can't add to my savings.

The lower the market goes, the cheaper everything becomes. You just don't realize it until after the market inevitably recovers.

NC is interesting in that there is a due diligence fee that is offered as part of the bidding process. If a buyer walks away from a deal for almost any reason they lose that money. Apparently in the past $100-$1,000 was common but now offering $10k-$30k is common plus waiving any inspection clauses. Yesterday I was out for lunch and I overheard someone talking how they were outbid on a home where they offered $50k DD by someone that offered $100k DD..... this makes it close to where most people are not going to walk away from a deal. This is in Raleigh NC BTW

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

Inflation is causing a lot of issue in the world ranging from food shortages, diesel fuel and heating fuel shortages, baby formula shortage, shortage of and price of available cars, the price of housing. It's all coming together and could lead to real disaster toward the end of this year.(or sooner)

They told you inflation was transitory so you wouldn’t prepare for it, Now they’re telling you the housing market won’t crash. All your wealth and savings are slowly losing value and they just stand there like they didn’t know what was happening. You’re being played.

Warren Buffet proved a very good point. A point that for every market collapse and recession. All the top 20 companies in each 30 yr system or so either never existed after or never make the top 20 ever again…fact

@bobbymainz1160 Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire. Personally I hired ‘’ Eileen Ruth Sparks ’’ a financial advisor who I copy her trades and with a good 7% in ROI monthly.

Do your due diligence and opt for one that has tactics to help your portfolio continue consistent and steady growth. “Eileen Ruth Sparks” is accountable for the success of my portfolio, and I believe she has the qualifications and expertise to accomplish

My adviser is “Eileen Ruth Sparks” You can easily look her up. She has years of financial market experience and she is also FINRA & SEC verifiable.

@bobbymainz1160 Even the best investors lose money when when the market is down or when they make a decision that doesn’t turn out as hoped. But, overall investing should increase your net worth considerably, mine was not doing that I had to hire ‘’ Eileen Ruth Sparks ’’ who helped helped me understand what I was doing wrong and evident positive changes took place. My portfolio have accrued gains of about $130k

My advisor is Helene Claire Johnson , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market
4
Don't depend your market assessments and decisions on hearsay and rumors; I did it in 2020 and ended up with worthless market holdings. Before I started noticing any notable improvements in my portfolio, Helene and I had to completely rebuild it. I've been using the same advisor ever then, and in just two years I've scaled up to $876k. Depending on where you look, a bullish or down market might both produce good profits.

She should. Having a counselor is quite imperative for portfolio diversification. My advisor is ''Helene Claire Johnson''. She is easily looked up and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.

For decades, government policy has been throwing the future under the bus. The day of reckoning is coming. I expect the stock market to crash as much as 80%. Investors will rush out of stocks and into real assets, There's going to be no cash in the banks.... You need a survival plan

The advisor that guides me is “Helene Claire Johnson” most likely the internet is where to find her basic info, you can run a quick research with her name. She's established...

@stephaniestella213 Look her up on the web if you need guidance, People do not want to wake up to the reality.

@marcusgregory6917 These days the best way to come into the market space is patience and seeking guidance when necessary, due to my line of work i can’t handle my portfolio so i just copy the trades of ''Eileen Ruth Sparks''', a FA i saw on Bloomberg business news. It’s been smooth since then. I have saved myself from all the hassle that chaotic market causes.
3
It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro.
3
@alexyoung3126 very true! I started investing in 2016 and that same year I pulled a profit of about[$300,000] with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance from a financial-advisor, so you don't necessarily need to be a perfect investor, just have a professional assist you

@checkforme234 My advisor is 'INGRID CECILIA RAAD'' In terms of portfolio diversity, she's a genius. You can glance her name up on the internet and verify her yourself. she has years of financial market experience.

There are a lot of independent advisors you might look into. But i work with Helene Claire Johnson and I have been working together for nearly four years, and she is excellent. You could proceed with her if she satisfies your discretion. I support her.

Recessions are where millionaires are created. After my port_folio took a big hit in April, I was forced to employ the services of an Invest-ment-analyst who has not only accrued a profit of $250k for me since then but has also taught me how.

@Jme--- Exactly, investing can be nerve recking to say the least, but how can i reach Eileen because I and my wife need some quality guidance?

With the assistance of an investment advisor, I was able to diversify my $401k portfolio across multiple markets, earning over $980k in net profit from high dividend yielding stocks, ETFs, and bonds in just a few short months.

The stock market is without a doubt the awkward teenager with the most extreme mood swings! I started out with a commentator named “Eileen Ruth Sparks.” Her honest approach gives me complete ownership and control over my position, and her rates are incredibly affordable given my ROI.

It really isn’t about how much you save, it’s about how you manage your money. Whether you work to earn income or invest, it still boils down to income vs expenses, so yeah you may look into financial advisors for a strategy that suits your timing.

@erichkraetz2622 Please, your coach you mentioned, how do i get in touch with her?
2
Well agreed, that’s the more reason I prefer my day to day mkt decisions being guided by a invite coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short term, at the same time laying off risk as a hedge against inevitable downturns, coupled with the exclusive information and analysis they get, it’s near impossible to not out perform. I’ve been using a coach for over 3 years and my portfolio has yielded from initial $500k to a ballpark estimate of $1.85m as of today.

Facts!! Since the market became extremely volatile and pressure increased (I should be retiring in 17 months), I took the decision to work closely with a financial advisor. It has already been 9 months and counting, and I have made approximately 600K net from all of my holdings.
1
Yes, I have been in touch with a CFP ever since the outbreak. Today, investing in hot stocks is quite easy; the difficult part is deciding when to buy and sell. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my adviser chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
1
Very true! I've been able to scale from $70K to $210k in this red season because my Financial Advisor figured out Defensive strategies which help portfolios be less vulnerable to market downturns
