  1. I live in a Jamaican neighborhood in New Jersey and everyone here thinks Jamaicans are really hard-working and good at real estate investment. But ... I've been to Jamaica a bunch of times and it's Jamaican Americans that are like that. Jamaicans are the most work-optional people I've ever seen. Employers sometimes lose their employee because they've "made enough money for now."

I once knew a lung lady from the Indian subcontinent who had an awful husband who was known in the community as a bad guy and a bully when I asked her why her father would marry her to such a man, she said, "he's the son of my father's brother so he couldn't say no to the proposal for an arranged marriage" ... 😧 WTF? He's your first cousin? Nepotism GONE WILD! ... Bruh, I do not give AF if you walk on air and saved my life a dozen times, if you raised a son of poor character, there is NO WAY I'm destroying MY family lineage by allowing that wedding.
