  1. When people say "marginal tax" rate everyone hears, "tax rate." It's not the same. He's literally talking about the historical MARGINAL tax rate in THIS country during its STRONGEST period. There is no way to claim that the sky would fall when it has been DONE... HERE... by our "greatest generation" the one conservatives use as a model of "better days, happy days, etc."
