  2. I am not so sure. We asked the peoples make every dollars above 450000 must pay 30% tax and the same group make above 50000 a year pay 20%. And the middle class make any dollars above $50000 with 20% tax. So that we have strong group fix stuff that need in the country. Rather than depend on charity no system. We want to protect the social security as the national account to back up when wars and business and investments and saving and insurance fail we might count on the last resources.
